Child Themes

Acabado supports the use of child themes to modify your theme settings.

Child themes are a safe way to modify your theme settings without making structural core changes to the "parent" theme. 

There’s nothing about the Acabado theme that would prevent you from being able to create and use a child theme. One really easy way to do it is with a plugin called “Orbisius Child Theme Creator” by Svetoslav Marinov. It’s extremely simple and works well with Acabado.
