License Deactivating (Hosting)

If your Acabado license is active but you are routinely getting an expired or invalid license error, the issue could lie with your hosting service.

Acabado licensing works by forcing your site to ping our system database periodically to validate your license. Some hosts block these sorts of pings unless you instruct them otherwise. Try contacting your host and ask them to “allow an outgoing connection to the API.”
